How do I enrol in a course?

Open the course from the catalog and press “Enrol”. Some courses open immediately, others need the instructor to approve you or an access code — and the course card always says which before you decide.

How do paid courses work?

The price on the card is the price you pay; any active discount is already applied. Payment is confirmed by staff, and access to the content opens as soon as that confirmation is recorded.

Do I get a certificate at the end?

Courses with certificates enabled issue one with a unique number once you complete every required item. Anyone can check that it is genuine on the verification page, without needing an account.

Are there deadlines, or do I learn at my own pace?

The content stays open for as long as you are enrolled, so you can work at your own pace. Individual assignments and assessments may carry their own deadlines, which appear in your calendar and on the item itself.

What if the course is not right for me?

Write to us through the contact page within a reasonable time of buying and we will look at it case by case. Tell us what you expected and what you found — it helps us improve the course as well.

Do I need an account to register for an event?

No. On the event page a name and an email address are enough, and the confirmation arrives by email. When an event has a limited number of places, the page shows how many are left.

Why is my account waiting for approval?

New accounts get a short review before they receive full access. It keeps automated sign-ups out and protects course discussions.

What data do you hold about me?

Your name, email, enrolments, progress and grades. You can download your own data from the profile page, and the privacy policy explains every category in detail.

Can I use the platform in English or Italian?

Yes. Albanian is the primary language, and the full interface is also available in English and Italian. Switch languages from the header or your profile.
